Kids’ Own is pleased to invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the following opportunity:
Kids’ Own seeks 4 artists to join a new exciting phase of the ‘Virtually There’ project to take place in four counties in the Republic of Ireland funded by the Arts Council of Ireland in partnership with The Education Centre, Tralee, Kilkenny Education Centre, Sligo Education Centre and Carrick-on-Shannon Education Centre. We are seeking artists who have an open and experimental approach to their practice. Applications are invited from artists to participate in this 6-week programme, starting in autumn 2016.
Deadline for receipt of applications is Wednesday 21st September at 5pm. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview on Monday 26th September.
Successful applicants will be required to attend a 1-day creative planning meeting in Portlaoise on October 7th.
