We’re very pleased to welcome Dany to the Kids’ Own team!
Dany is a socially engaged artist and experienced project manager with a background in primary education. He brings a rich mix of creativity, community focus and practical experience to his new role, and has been leading inclusive arts projects since 2016.
His work spans everything from printmaking and street art to play and festival programming — always with a strong emphasis on participation and accessibility. Dany has worked extensively with children, young people and people with disabilities, creating meaningful opportunities for engagement through the arts.
Based in Sligo, Dany is also co-director of Pulled, a community print studio, and Spilt Milk, a music and arts festival that celebrates local and national creativity.
We’re looking forward to seeing the creativity and energy Dany will bring to our work with children and young people across Ireland.
