Four Seasons in Our Garden: Celebrating Community and Nature

On Wednesday evening, the Cranmore Community Garden Project—Four Seasons in Our Garden: A Yearbook—celebrated its final engagement session, concluding a year-long intergenerational initiative that brought together artists, scientists, and the local community to explore the themes of nature, the environment, and sustainability.

Throughout the year, participants of all ages came together to learn about biodiversity, community gardening, and the vital role green spaces play in urban areas. The project’s closing workshop invited everyone to get their hands dirty with an eco-friendly seed bomb activity. These handmade seed bombs, packed with native Irish flower seeds, will soon burst into life, adding vibrant colors and biodiversity to the local garden.

As we celebrate the completion of this unique and enriching project, keep an eye out for Four Seasons in Our Garden: A Yearbook, a special publication showcasing the creativity and collaboration of everyone involved.
