The findings from our A-Z: Alphabet of Actions project, a pilot project exploring early literacy with young children through creative processes that took place during 2020 and 2021, will be published soon! Funded by ESB Energy for Generations, the project evolved in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The early stages of the project took place during strict lockdowns and were designed to facilitate parent-child interactions.

As part of this project, the Kids’ Own classic title “A-Z and Back Again” was reprinted and has been disseminated widely. Most recently, we were delighted to provide a copy of this book to every attendee at this week’s European Conference on Literacy, taking place in DCU.
