Kids’ Own are delighted to have been a part of the success of the Arts in Education Portal National Day, May 6th 2017 in St. Patrick’s Campus, DCU.

The day included a broad range of practical workshops and skills sharing as well as theoretical and critical thinking in the area from artists, teachers and practitioners from across the sector.

We welcomed Heather Humphreys TD, Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs to speak on the day along with guest speaker Professor Anne Bamford, Director of the Education Commission and the International Research Agency.

Kids’ Own Publishing Partnership is currently the Editor of the Arts in Education Portal.
